"La Tira" Gold Leaf, White & Ruby

The body of this bead is an opaque white glass wrapped in gold leaf. Multiple swirls of Rubino glass are then added. The final touch is 4 gentle pulls through the soft glass in alternating directions, creating a uniquely beautiful bead. (La Tira in Italian translates as The Pull)

Multi-Color Gold Leaf "Cicciona" (Large Barrel)

The body of this bead is a translucent clear glass wrapped in gold leaf. The multiple swirls adds a dramatic touch of color.

Cicciona in Italian means Chubby and that's exactly what these barrel beads are!

Glass colors: Clear, Transparent Red, Transparent Dark Grass Green & Transparent Dark Aqua.

I love the way the dark transparent aqua & peridot glass almost seems to be back-lit, their colors are so brilliant.
