Island Girl Collection

About 2 years ago I came up with the idea of "Island Girls". They morphed from a winged goddess to a very rudimentary female form to the usually flamboyant figures they are now.

They are beginning to take on personalities and roles. I hope you enjoy them.

Hello! I was routed here and thought I'd jump on even though I also am on Beadartists.org.
For this first gallery I'm just going to have a few beads here to give you all the gist of what I love to make.

I have been making lampwork beads for about three years now. I have taken some classes at the Eugene Glass School. I have become addicted to working with glass, it is now a passion. I own almost every flame work book available, so when not actually making the beads, I spend time looking at the beautiful beads in the books, trying to figure out how to accomplish the same.
